TO THE HONOURABLE KIM BEAZLEY AC, GOVERNOR OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA, I request that the Governor Mr Kim Beazley performs his duty in accordance with the Rule of Law and hears my legitimate reasons for my lack of confidence within the current Governing bodies of Western Australia. Please accept this correspondence, to register my "Vote of No Confidence", in the State Government of Western Australia. I have lost faith in this current government due to the Premier of Western Australia, Mark McGowan, bribing the West Australian people with their jobs and travel, to take a provisionally approved, untested, injection, that is not proven to be a vaccine. This is preventing West Australian people from having a free choice to participate and live in society. Further, he is deceiving the public by falsely calling this injection a 'vaccine' and by claiming that Australians are taking this injection ‘voluntarily’. This injection campaign is being done in collaboration with the WA media organisations that are providing false and corrupted science to support the mandating of this drug against the health laws of Australia. The WA media and employers/business owners are being encouraged by the government to bully and denigrate people that discuss the well documented risks of death and illnesses associated with these injections. These people are collectively dismissed in derogatory articles as "antivaxxers". This is being compounded by the Premier ignoring and publicly insulting the citizens who are providing overwhelming evidence of the increase in deaths and illnesses that have occurred simultaneously to the increased injection rates. This is a crime of genocide and treason against the people because the interests of pharmaceutical companies are being protected in government policies instead of human health. The Premier, Mark McGowan, is acting against the best medical advice from the federal vaccine advisory board, the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI), that does not recommend mandating the COVID19 injections and he is also acting against Australia’s Health Laws that state ‘vaccination in Australia is not compulsory’. Experimenting on the human population is a crime under the International Criminal Code that Australia has ratified, and capital punishment is still applicable in this court. The World Medical Association states that “doctors should not use their medical knowledge to remove human rights”. However, the Australian government has removed the autonomy of doctors to abide by this ethical code of conduct. This is a serious risk to human health, and it is fracturing Australian families: urgent action is needed to stop this destruction of Australian society. I have lost faith in this current government due to the unlawful mandated actions that have directly removed the right of many citizens to participate in society. The current Government representatives have blatantly failed in their pledge to faithfully represent me as a West Australian citizen. I am now formally declaring this to you as The Governor of this State, and hereby request the immediate dissolution of all current governing bodies and the current Premier of Western Australia, Mr Mark McGowan.
